Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, and Refunds Policy :
At PRASHISHTA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, or if you need to cancel or return an order, please refer to our policies below for details on how we can assist you.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Returns and Exchanges:
Eligibility for Return: Certain products are not eligible for return, replacement, or exchange unless they are damaged upon receipt. These products include:

Nappies
Diapers
Combos that include nappies
Sale items

Return Conditions: Please return the product in its original packaging, including all parts and freebies. Ensure that the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Exchange Process:
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Please make a video while opening the package and share it with us on WhatsApp at 9380868434 for a faster response. After the inspection, if the product qualifies, we will process an exchange.

For COD Orders: If you made a purchase using Cash on Delivery (COD) and need to return or exchange, please contact us directly at 9380868434 for further instructions.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellation Before Shipping:

** If the order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it online or by contacting us at 9380868434 within 24 hours of placing the order.

For unshipped orders, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method used within 7 days of the cancellation request. The refunded amount may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Cancellation After Shipping:

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped but not yet delivered, please contact us at 9380868434.
You may refuse the order at the time of delivery. Once we receive the returned order, we will initiate a refund within 3-7 business days. Refunds will be issued for the price of the product only, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds Post Delivery:

Prepaid Orders: The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase after the returned product passes quality checks at our warehouse.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: You will receive a refund link via your registered email or contact number. Please complete the form to process your refund faster.
Refunds will be initiated after the returned product passes quality checks. The refunded amount may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account from the date of processing.

Shipping Fees: Refunds are issued for the product price only; shipping fees are non-refundable.
