Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Times
After an order is placed, it is usually dispatched within 2 business day of payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. Any orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.
For instance:
Orders received before 5 PM (local time) will be processed the same business day.
Orders received after 5 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Costs
For every prepaid purchase rupees 85 is the shipping cost. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Standard shipping: 7 to 14 business days
Expedited shipping: 5 to 7 business days
3.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days
3.2 Dispatch Time

3.3 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation
4. Tracking and Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

5. Returns and Refunds
PRASHISHTA gladly accepts returns due to damage, provided that a return request is received within 36 hours of receiving the item. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping will be covered by PRASHISHTA only within the first 36 hours. After this period, return shipping will be at the customer’s expense, and customers will need to arrange their own shipping.
Once the returned items are received and accepted, we will process a credit to your account. Please allow a few days for the refund to be credited. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp once this has been completed.
Please note that PRASHISHTA will refund the value of the returned goods, but shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged Shipments
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service.Â
